Senior Sales Executive – NE Region

Company: Dynamic Lighting Solutions LLP
Location: Mahim, Mumbai
Experience: 3-4Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Position Overview

Dynamic Lighting Solutions LLP is seeking experienced and highly motivated sales professionals to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong market relationships, and expanding our presence across the North-East region. Immediate joiners with an electrical background will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, distributors, and dealers.
  • Conduct regular travel within the assigned territory for client meetings, market visits and product presentations.
  • Consult with architects and designers to create brand awareness and generate project specifications.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective customer management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive regional sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, sales activities, and market updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and expand brand visibility.
  • Research competitor products, pricing strategies, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by attending trade shows, events, training programs, and meetings.
  • Negotiate effectively with customers to close profitable sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements For Senior Sales Executive – NE Region:

  • Minimum 3.5 years of sales experience in electrical products or lighting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the NE region’s market and distributor network.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory sales efficiently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
