Position Overview

Dynamic Lighting Solutions LLP is looking for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals from an electrical industry background to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional operations, developing strong distributor and dealer networks, and ensuring consistent performance across the North-East region. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales operations for the North-East region.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key channel partners.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs.

Conduct regular market visits to strengthen business opportunities.

Coordinate with HO and cross-functional teams for smooth sales operations.

Train, guide, and support the sales team to ensure effective field execution.

Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and business planning.

Requirements:

For Regional Sales Manager (HO Guwahati):

Minimum 5.5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry.

Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary - As Per Company Standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,148.30 - ₹55,255.59 per month
