Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling products/services to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close business deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions.
• Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build client relationships and manage accounts.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
