Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly and yearly targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through market research, networking, and outbound calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present company products/services to prospective customers with confidence and clarity.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/Excel.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and client visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education, real estate, franchise, or service-based industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  • Strong client-handling skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in school admissions, franchise sales, or B2B sales.
  • Strong local market knowledge.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and achieve targets.
