Your primary responsibilities will revolve around boosting sales growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and formulating effective sales strategies. You will also be tasked with generating sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and keeping abreast of industry trends to pinpoint new business opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management. Strong analytical capabilities are essential for conducting Market Research and devising effective Sales Strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial, along with the ability to create and deliver insightful Sales Reports. A sound understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends is required, coupled with the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is necessary, while prior experience in the FMCG sector would be advantageous.
