Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Performance-oriented candidates with overall 2+ years experience and with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience in a US/Canada sales/cross-selling/lead generation voice process in an International BPO
Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining consistent productivity and consistently achieving assigned sales targets
Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions
Meet call quality requirements according to call monitoring guidelines
Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator, and deal closer
Creating and monitoring sales pipeline and achieving assigned goals and targets
Motivation for sales, sales planning, implementation, and rapport building
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Requirements for this Position

Overall 2+ Years of Experience in BPO industry and at least 1+ year of US Sales/Lead Generation Voice process experience
Excellent people and interpersonal skills
Working experience in a call center handling outbound sales operations
