Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to handle sourcing activities and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners (CPs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting CPs daily, and generating quality leads for our real estate projects. --- Key Responsibilities: Actively visit Channel Partners (CPs) on a daily basis to build and maintain strong business relationships. Source new CPs and onboard them for ongoing and upcoming projects. Share project details, pricing, and offers with CPs to ensure consistent engagement and sales flow. Generate and track leads from CPs and ensure timely follow-ups. Conduct regular field visits and maintain proper visit reports. Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for site visits and client meetings. Gather market insights, competitor activities, and feedback from CPs. Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets set by the management. --- Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Real Estate). 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or channel partner management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based role. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and CP network. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp/CRM-based reporting. --- Benefits: Competitive salary + attractive incentives.
