To drive institutional sales of Impacteers courses and allied products to colleges, owning the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end sales of Impacteers’ courses and allied products to colleges and universities.• Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, MoU signing, and collection of payments.• Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, Principals, Directors, Placement Officers, and decision-makers.• Identify new college partnerships and expansion opportunities.• Pitch Impacteers’ AI-powered career and job-readiness solutions through meetings, demos, and proposals.• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely closures.• Coordinate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.• Track sales performance and report progress to leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
• Total sales experience: 10 years• Relevant industry experience: Minimum 5+ years in institutional / education / ed-tech sales• Strong existing network and relationships with colleges• Proven track record of closing high-value institutional deals

• Institutional selling & relationship management• Negotiation, contracting, and commercial closure• Strong communication and presentation skills• Revenue-focused and result-driven mindset
Reporting Structure
• Reports to Head of Sales / Business Head• Works closely with Services, Delivery, and Marketing teams
