Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
• Manage and support the sales team to enhance performance and meet individual goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective coverage and relationship building.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for continued professional development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in [mention industry if specific].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
