Senior Sales Executive Automotive Wiring Harness

As a Senior Sales Executive in the automotive wiring harness sector at PTLPU AUTOMOTIVE India PVT LTD, your role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with OEMs and harness manufacturers, and promoting PTLPUs solutions effectively to meet customer requirements. You will conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product/service demonstrations, providing end-to-end support including logistics coordination and customs clearance guidance. Collaboration with technical teams for accurate proposal submissions and maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and market intelligence is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive wiring harness sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, harness manufacturers, and component suppliers. - Present and promote PTLPUs solutions effectively to meet customer requirements. - Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product/service demonstrations. - Provide end-to-end support, including logistics coordination and customs clearance guidance. - Collaborate with technical teams for accurate proposal submissions. - Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, project status, and market intelligence. Job Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in wiring harness or related domains. - Strong understanding of wiring harness systems, components, and assembly methods. - Good knowledge of Indian wiring harness manufacturers and component suppliers. - Proven sales success in B2B technical environments. - Fluent in English (spoken and written); local language skills are a plus. - Willingness to relocate to Pune and comfortable with extensive travel and field visits. - High standards of ethics, responsibility, and customer service orientation. - Knowledge of the automotive component market, pricing, and customer expectations. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Automobile preferred). - Network within OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers. - Hands-on knowledge of customs documentation, freight handling, and vendor coordination. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
