As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. You will collaborate with the marketing team to align sales goals with promotional activities and stay informed about industry trends. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation. A strong background in Market Research and Business Development will be beneficial. Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required. You should have the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus. Additionally, willingness to travel as needed is expected.,
