Job Title: Sales Executive Frozen Food Industry Job Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for assigned products or territories. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients such as distributors, retailers, and HoReCa customers. Market Research: Identify new sales opportunities, understand market trends, and monitor competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of frozen food products to potential customers. New Business Development: Actively seek out and acquire new customers within the assigned territory. Technical Support (if required): Provide product knowledge and technical support, particularly for institutional sales. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven sales skills with the ability to promote products, negotiate deals, and achieve targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong product knowledge, including ingredients, nutritional details, and industry standards. Thorough understanding of food industry trends, customer behavior, and local market dynamics. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience in the frozen food industry. Knowledge of pricing, margins, and existing channel distributors/traders/HoReCa customers is mandatory. Preferred candidates with prior experience in companies like McCain, Hyfun, Funwave, ITC, etc. Industry Preference: Frozen food (French fries, nuggets, snacks, etc.). Experience handling traders, distributors, and HoReCa customers.
