Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Deoghar with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying prospective clients, and building long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include client acquisition, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
