Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer/Executive at ARKA JAIN University, located in Gamharia (Jamshedpur). The primary responsibilities include coordinating campus placements, developing training programs to enhance students' soft skills, maintaining communication with potential employers, and organizing recruitment activities. The officer/executive will work closely with students to prepare them for interviews, and support college recruiting efforts to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
• Strong Communication and Soft Skills
• Ability to develop and conduct Training programs
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in using placement and recruiting software/tools is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an academic or placement setting is desirable
