Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer/Executive at ARKA JAIN University, located in Gamharia (Jamshedpur). The primary responsibilities include coordinating campus placements, developing training programs to enhance students' soft skills, maintaining communication with potential employers, and organizing recruitment activities. The officer/executive will work closely with students to prepare them for interviews, and support college recruiting efforts to ensure successful placements.
