Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Indore. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating strategic sales plans, meeting with clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves preparing sales reports and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong market research and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience in the polycarbonate sheet industry is a plus
