Job Description

Identify and develop new retail and dealer networks for AAC blocks in assigned territories.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth delivery and payment collection.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2-3 years of proven experience
in sales (preferably in building materials, cement, or AAC blocks).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
