Hiring for Asset Executive- Ice Cream at Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra & Andhra pradesh

Responsible for total Asset moments & management for the assigned territory and maintain records as per the SOPs and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset data in the digital asset management system.
  
• Ensure SOP compliance for all asset transactions (transfers, placements, redeployment, repairs, maintenance, and scrap).
  
• Manage asset movements through proper channels with required approvals and documentation.
  
• Monitor GPS, digit, and logger data on a daily basis.
  
• Maintain asset spares records and third-party payment documents with approvals.
  
• Handle asset disposal/scrap as per guidelines with third-party certification.
  
• Conduct periodic asset audits and ensure ISO/audit compliance.
  
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and retailers for freezer repairs and maintenance.
  
• Control asset misuse and escalate issues to reporting authority and sales team.
  

Secondary Responsibilities

• Attend service complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Maintain complaint register and share feedback with reporting authority.
  
• Coordinate with channel partners, retailers, and agents professionally.
  
• Ensure approvals for asset movement and transportation claims.
  
• Tag new assets at dispatch and prepare dispatch notes with complete documentation.
  
• Maintain godown safety and proper storage of assets.
  
• Visit placement locations post-dispatch to educate retailers/agents on asset usage.
