Job Description : As a Sales Executive/BDE, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. Your role involves identifying opportunities, engaging clients, proposing tailored solutions, and closing deals. You’ll work closely with our tech and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads via networking, LinkedIn, B2B platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch), and digital outreach. Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and pitch customized IT solutions across web, mobile, software, and digital domains. Proposal Development: Craft persuasive proposals, quotations, and pitch decks aligned with client needs. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and close strategic deals. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development goals. Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and documentation. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in IT sales/business development. Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of web/app/software development and digital services. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities. Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and other B2B platforms. Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, independent, and proactive approach.
