Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager based in Northern India, specifically in the Delhi NCR area, your primary responsibility will be to manage sales activities, foster client relationships, and promote turnkey projects and Foundry Automation solutions. Expect extensive travel within the Eastern India region, with Kolkata as your base location. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the northern region of India. - Visit potential client companies to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. - Independently follow up on sales leads and opportunities. - Prepare and present presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. - Meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs as set by the management. - Provide regular status reports to management regarding lead progress and sales activities. - Share market feedback and insights with the product development team. - Represent the company at various industry events and conferences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery with a focus on the foundry sector. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently and efficiently. - Proficient in time management and organizational abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout the eastern region of India. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Fluency in Hindi is essential, regional language fluency is a plus. - Knowledge of productivity tools like Kanban is advantageous.,
