Products: Industrial Plug & Sockets, Customized Electrical Panels, Lightning protection systems and solutions Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to promote and sell our range of products , Electrical Low Voltage power distribution system , industrial plug & socket systems and custom-built electrical panels . The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Promote and sell industrial plug & sockets and customized electrical panels. Prospect, visit, and engage potential clients including contractors, OEMs, consultants, and end-users. Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and technical clarifications. Generate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close orders. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets. Technical Support Understand client specifications and translate them into technical proposals or panel customization requirements. Coordinate with the design & production teams to ensure client specifications are accurately executed. Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and application suitability. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct regular follow-ups, site visits, and after-sales support. Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal teams. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, new product demands, and market opportunities. Required Qualifications & Skills Education Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Experience 35 years of experience in industrial or electrical product sales preferred. Experience in selling plug & sockets, electrical panels, switchgear, or related products is an added advantage. Skills Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, panels, and industrial power distribution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customized panel requirements and interpret technical drawings. Good relationship-building skills and customer-centric approach. Ability to travel within assigned territory.
