Senior Sales Engineer

You will work with customers in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and process industries to deliver end-to-end solutions that improve workplace safety, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial safety systems and material handling equipment.
• Conduct client needs analysis and site assessments to recommend suitable products and solutions, including:
• Safety barriers, Forklift safety system, in plant pedestrian safety , machine safety .
• Conveyors, lifting equipment, palletizers, hoists, cranes, automated storage & retrieval systems (AS/RS).
• Prepare technical proposals, product selections, layouts, and pricing based on customer requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and service teams for solution delivery and post-sale support.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience in industrial safety or material handling domains.
• Strong technical knowledge of safety systems, automation controls, and handling equipment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with CAD layouts, technical drawings, and solution documentation.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industrial facilities.
