Position: Sr. Engineer – Sales (Techno-Commercial)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Degree in Electronics (BE / B.Tech / BSc) — MBA preferred

📅 4–6 years of relevant experience

🌐 Languages: English, Hindi, and the local regional language

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, campaigns, and exhibitions

- Engage in business development activities and customer visits

- Handle techno-commercial proposals and presentations

- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions

- Develop reference applications and product demos

- Deep knowledge of competitors, their products, and market positioning

- Work on cross-selling, up-selling, and ensuring repeat business

- Coordinate closely with the technical team for customized solutions

⚙️ Preferred Experience:

Sales experience in cutting tools, machine tools, and metrology

Knowledge of machining, automation, metal forming, and process planning

Hands-on with measurement & process automation projects

Exposure to Machine Tool Products and Calibration Solutions
