Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and participate in community outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Experience in managing and motivating sales teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or cosmetic industry is a plus
