Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers, conducting property viewings, and providing expert guidance on properties. They will also develop and maintain relationships with clients, report sales activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including client relationship management, and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and property management
• Should be comfortable with field visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the proptech industry or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
