Senior Sales and Marketing Executive (Required Textile retail experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our textile retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting in-store sales, managing customer relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and expanding our market reach through retail and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the retail store.
• Assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and providing product recommendations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate in-store displays, branding, and merchandising to enhance footfall and sales.
• Collaborate with design and production teams for product launches and seasonal trends.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to suggest innovative sales strategies.

Business Development

• Generate leads and build relationships with bulk buyers, fashion designers, boutiques, and institutions.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and other networking events to expand business reach.
• Promote loyalty programs and digital engagement with customers.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and customer data.
• Coordinate with inventory and purchase teams to ensure stock availability.
• Work with digital marketing team for online promotions and social media visibility.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Textile Design, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail textile/fashion sales or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, fashion trends, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or POS systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
