Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing strategies targeting the hospitality sector, specifically hotels, restaurants, and cafés. You will play a key role in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of products/services tailored for the HORECA market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (hotel purchasing teams, restaurant managers, chefs, etc.).
  • Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting hotels and restaurants.
  • Promote the company’s brand and product portfolio across various platforms (online and offline).
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, and digital content.
  • Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing tools and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the HORECA industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
