Senior Robotic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate robotics programs, workshops, and training activities.
• Design, implement, and manage robotics curricula for students/participants.
• Mentor and guide junior robotic coordinators, trainers, and interns.
• Develop and maintain robotics kits, tools, and laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, and training partners to expand robotics initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and execute robotics competitions, exhibitions, and outreach events.
• Ensure safety standards and best practices in all robotics-related activities.
• Stay updated with advancements in robotics, automation, and STEM technologies.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and feedback on program effectiveness.
• Work closely with management to align robotics activities with organizational goals.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in

  robotics education, training, or project coordination

  .
• Strong knowledge of robotics platforms (LEGO, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, VEX, etc.).
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Hands-on experience in hardware integration, sensors, and controllers.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
