Responsibilities:

Data checks and analysis

• Management and monitoring of datasets on a regular basis.
• Developing,

  #coding

  and deploying survey tools using CAPI programs like Survey CTO.
• Training field team on the usage of CAPI on tablets.
• Coordination with the field team to ensure quality

  #data checks

  .
• Oversee daily data collection activities and ensure adherence to data

  #quality protocols

• Data cleaning using

  #STATA

  software and data analysis
• Quantitative analysis and visualization
• Assist in data interpretation and writing reports.

Field

• Travel to the field for training and monitoring

  #fieldwork

• Planning and

  #budgeting

  for field surveys.
• Review of survey tools received from client and translation of the same.
• Assist the research team in developing training material for the field team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience of working with

  #STATA

  is mandatory.
• Grad/PG in Social Studies/Development Studies/Economics/Public Policy or related field
• Familiarity with Quantitative software packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years and above experience in quantitative studies.
• Candidates having prior fieldwork experience will be given preference.
• Professional experience in

  in project-based settings.
• Experience of working with National/ International NGOs/ UN Bodies/Governments/start-ups.
