Your Role in Our Story

In this strategic role, you won't just be working in a lab — you’ll be leading initiatives, connecting ideas, and helping our team push boundaries in synthetic R&D. You’ll be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas into validated solutions that serve critical industries and emerging needs.

What You Will Do

• Drive Innovation Culture:

  Inspire a team environment that fosters scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and new perspectives across diverse projects.

• Connect R&D with Strategy:

  Align research initiatives with long-term business and product goals, bringing scientific thinking into commercial strategy.

• Enable Cross-Functional Synergy:

  Act as a key interface between research, analytics, quality, manufacturing, and leadership teams to maintain project continuity.

• Mentor the Next Generation:

  Nurture a high-performing scientific team by coaching junior chemists and encouraging ownership, innovation, and responsibility.

• Champion Safety & Quality Mindsets:

  Promote a culture of compliance, lab safety, and rigorous documentation — not just as a requirement, but as a value.

What We’re Looking For

• MSc or Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field
• 3–5 years of leadership-level R&D experience in synthetic chemistry, preferably in a CRO or regulated lab setting
• A strong inclination toward interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills — able to bridge science and strategy
• Proven capability in managing scientific teams and delivering results within timelines
• An explorer’s mindset — driven by curiosity, solutions, and a sense of purpose
