If you have a PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of post-doctoral or industrial experience, this is a great opportunity to drive high-impact projects in genomics, clinical data, and computational biology.

🔬 Key Expertise We're Looking For:

●    Proven experience in NGS data analysis (RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, multi-omics integration)

●    Proficiency in Python, R, and Shell scripting for complex data analysis

●    Hands-on experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments, including designing scalable workflows (e.g., Snakemake, Nextflow, Docker)

●    Working knowledge of computational biology data management (Genomics/Transcriptomics/Proteomics)

●    Familiarity with machine learning applied to biological data

Experience in clinical/translational data analysis, large-scale biomedical studies, or data-driven modelling/biomarker identification is a plus
