End-to-End Project Ownership • Own the complete delivery lifecycle of consulting and research engagements. • Translate client requirements into clear project plans with defined timelines, milestones, and roles. • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery through continuous tracking and risk management. • Coordinate across research, analytics, and editorial teams to align on deliverables. Client Delivery Management • Serve as the single point of accountability for client communication during project execution. • Conduct regular update calls, clarify deliverables, gather feedback, and realign expectations • Ensure that final deliverables meet client expectations, with a focus on insight-driven recommendations. Team Leadership & Coordination • Lead cross-functional teams by allocating responsibilities and setting clear priorities. • Review team outputs regularly to ensure consistency, structure, and alignment with project objectives. • Coach junior team members on best practices and guide them through delivery challenges. Quality & Strategic Oversight • Own the quality control process across all key client-facing outputs. • Ensure that reports and presentations are aligned with client objectives and project scope. • Escalate potential risks or scope deviations early and propose mitigation plans. Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement • Contribute to refining internal delivery processes, templates, and tools. • Share project learnings and best practices to enhance organizational capabilities Qualification & Experience Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute, preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields, with 4+ years of experience in research and consulting project management within top-tier consulting firms or high-growth advisory environments.
