Senior Research Associate

As a Senior Researcher, your main responsibility will be to conduct in-depth research on various sectors and companies within the Retail industry. This will involve tracking key developments, collecting data from databases like Bloomberg, and assisting in financial modeling and valuations. You will be required to perform fundamental primary research on companies, build and maintain financial models and databases, and prepare initiation notes, quarterly result updates, and event update notes under the guidance of the lead analyst. Furthermore, you will be involved in meeting with corporate representatives, conducting channel checks, arranging roadshows and conferences, and independently interacting with select buy-side analysts. You will closely collaborate with analysts and associates in the same sector, as well as across different sectors, highlighting the importance of excellent communication skills. Your proven ability to enhance the structure and readability of written communications will be a valuable asset in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a CA, CFA, or MBA qualification.
