What You Will Be Doing Develop and handle Customers project plans, maintaining progress and dependencies across multiple projects/types. Track risks, mitigate issues, prioritize, and maintain them throughout project lifecycles Monitor and coordinate updates with internal teams to confirm project status Facilitate meetings and communicate ongoing project status to Customers, stakeholders, and collaborators Attend and participate in departmental and inter-departmental meetings Manage and deepen key customer relationships for maximum satisfaction Prepare weekly MIS reports for Customers and Internal Management Work out new strategies to reach out to customers and ensure best results What we are looking for from you: Essential Extensive experience in a customer contact/customer delivery environment.
