Senior Relationship Manager

You will be joining the Mid Corporates team as a Senior Relationship Manager, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with turnovers ranging from 500 Cr to 1500 Cr. Your main duties will include client acquisition, portfolio management, credit note preparation, sanction process coordination, portfolio hygiene maintenance, and cross-selling financial products. - **Client Acquisition (NTB):** Source new-to-bank (NTB) clients in the medium enterprise segment with turnovers between 500 Cr to 1500 Cr. Utilize market intelligence, references, and industry networking to identify opportunities. - **Portfolio Management:** Deepen relationships with the existing client portfolio by engaging with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention. - **Credit Note Preparation:** Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed credit notes for both new and existing clients. Evaluate risk and structure proposals according to the bank's credit policies. - **Sanction Process & Stakeholder Coordination:** Collaborate with internal credit teams for proposal discussions and approvals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and align them with product offerings. - **Portfolio Hygiene:** Ensure timely renewals, comply with limits, maintain documentation, and monitor early warning signals to uphold high asset quality and minimize delinquencies. - **Cross-Selling:** Identify cross-selling opportunities across various products such as trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital solutions to maximize client engagement. **Qualification Required:** - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in mid corporates. - Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk management. - Excellent relationship management and communication skills essential for this role.
