Senior Relationship Manager (Loans) – Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other lending products. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Assess customer financial requirements, eligibility, and creditworthiness. Explain loan products, terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements clearly to clients. Collect and verify required documents and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies. Coordinate loan application processing with the credit and operations teams for smooth disbursal. Monitor loan accounts, track repayments, and follow up for overdue or pending EMIs when required. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by management. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records, reports, and client databases for performance tracking and audits.
