Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Lucknow. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, providing excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to meet guest needs.

• Proficient in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to manage Receptionist Duties
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
