Senior Relationship Manager (Retention & Cross Sales)

Role Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager at BimaKavach, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with B2B clients in Mumbai. Your role will involve providing tailored insurance solutions, handling account servicing from onboarding to renewals, and driving cross-selling of Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB products. You will act as a strategic advisor to help Indian businesses protect their assets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with leadership teams of allocated clients - Tailor insurance solutions based on each client's unique risk landscape - Manage end-to-end account servicing including onboarding, renewals, cross-selling, upselling, claims support, and consultation - Conduct regular client visits (200+ annually) to deliver exceptional service and drive growth - Generate cross-sales by presenting EB and Non-EB products, recommending policy upgrades, and collaborating with internal experts - Ensure timely renewals, negotiate quotes, and handle invoicing - Assist clients with claims processes in coordination with internal specialists Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field Experience: - 4+ years of experience in managing corporate clients in an insurance broking firm or direct general insurance company - Expertise in commercial insurance with a focus on EB and Non-EB insurance lines - Strong field sales experience and proven relationship management skills Technical & Soft Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively - Experience in handling 200 B2B clients in-person annually - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Domain knowledge preferred,
