Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raigarh for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored health insurance solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes regularly meeting with clients, addressing their concerns, and assisting with policy renewals. Additionally, the Senior Relationship Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
