Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, guiding them through the buying or leasing process, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and staying updated on market trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
Knowledge of real estate market trends and property laws
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
