Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving Sales Targets and Sales patterns in the market. Your role will involve driving all business segments by diligently deploying targets across segments. You will be required to prospect, sell, and manage channel partners in the area. Empanelling and activating distributors by providing timely support on product and skill training will also be part of your responsibilities. Identifying, acquiring, and developing new markets/business opportunities will be crucial to your role. You will need to drive initiatives and campaigns launched by the Zonal/HO. Regular monitoring and review of individual productivity of the team members will be necessary to ensure optimal performance. It will be your responsibility to ensure the right selling by all team members through regular training. Maintaining compliance with regulations is essential in this role. Daily Branch MIS tracking and identifying and implementing corrective actions will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, and error-free branch operation service.,
