Senior Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager in our retail sales team at Mumbai location, you will be responsible for handling Regional Distributors in the assigned region and building and nurturing relationships with the IFA Channel. With an experience range of 8-10 years in the mutual fund/AMC industry, you will drive the distributors to sell products and ensure that service/ operational issues are resolved to meet high service standards. It is essential to maintain complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements. Your knowledge and understanding of the Mutual Fund Industry will be crucial in this role. Experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking, and Distribution will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with all Mutual Fund compliances is required to excel in this position. Preferred skills for this role include perseverance, being high on intrinsic motivation, and being driven by targets. As a self-starter, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to coordinate between disparate groups. Moreover, you should display the ability to think out of the box and be a solution provider.,
