Senior Relationship Manager-Business Banking

As a Senior Relationship Manager - Business Banking in the Retail Banking department of the Business Lending function at our company, your main role is to provide financial solutions to meet the working requirements of our Business Banking customers. Your goal is to ensure best-in-class relationship management and customer experience to establish us as their preferred banking partner. You will be responsible for acquiring new Asset NTB clients, along with deepening Liabilities and TFX. Collaboration with the product, branch, credit, and operations teams will be crucial to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening. Your responsibilities will include: - Acquiring new customers for Business Banking with a detailed understanding of Credit assessment - Acquiring trade fx funded asset customers and high-value MSME Asset relationships - Demonstrating knowledge in Liability, Fx, Trade and Client Relationship, Delinquency management, Relationship management, and an Analytical mindset - Developing a superior working relationship with Branch banking for cross leveraging and synergy optimization - Working within the Overall Bank Eco System with other Stakeholders - Evaluating the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers - Recommending process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Demonstrating ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives - Understanding Financial statements, Credit Assessment, and title-security documents Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate degree: Any stream - Post Graduate degree: MBA Preferred You should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in BFSI to be considered for this position.,
