Senior Relationship Manager-Business Banking

As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Business Banking department of Retail Banking, your main responsibility is to provide financial solutions to meet the working requirements of Business Banking customers. Your focus should be on acquiring new Asset NTB clients along with deepening Liabilities and TFX relationships. You are expected to work closely with product, branch, credit, and operations teams to ensure effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening. Your key responsibilities include: - Acquiring new customers for Business Banking with a detailed understanding of credit assessment - Acquiring trade fx funded asset customers and high-value MSME asset relationships - Demonstrating knowledge in Liability, Fx, Trade and Client Relationship, Delinquency management, Relationship management, and having an analytical mindset - Developing a strong working relationship with Branch Banking for cross leveraging and synergy optimization - Evaluating growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers - Recommending process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Demonstrating ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives - Understanding financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate degree in any stream - Post Graduate degree, MBA preferred - 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in BFSI Please note that this role requires a proactive approach towards acquiring and managing customer relationships, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and services in the Business Banking sector.,
