Senior Relationship Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include regular client meetings, addressing customer needs, developing client-focused solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, the role requires tracking client interactions, maintaining accurate client records, and reporting on relationship management activities to senior leadership.

• Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
