Senior Relationship Manager

Roles & responsibilities:

· The SRM is the motivation behind the sales team.

· He/ She is directly related to the performance of the sales staff under him/her

· Train DSEs and keeps a track of sales with the help of Sales Monitoring system (teamtrac, salestrac, salesforce)

· Analyze all DMS reports and take corrective actions.

· Reach target segment of customers asper market/business requirements.

· Ensure 100% home visits and 80% test drive for all sales leads.

· Ensuring customers have been approached through all media- (sms, emails, tele-calling etc).

· Maintain customer database in digital form.

· Maintain customer delight media (birthday, anniversary and special occasion wishes to retain customer for life)

· Monitoring test rides and home visits.

· Monitoring DPI parameters and active participation of all stakeholders in whatsapp groups

· Monitors performance of DSEs on achieving target prices, enquiry management etc.

· Ensures that every customer (all sources) is given adequate importance and that every customer is properly followed up after sales, their feedback is recorded and that they are thanked for the feedback by DSE.

· Ensures that all customer complaints are recorded and resolved as early as possible, to the satisfaction of the customer

· Shall be responsible for preparation of proper customer file for accounts approval and record keeping.

· Planning and arranging customer meets, events and promotional activities to generate sales enquiries from companies

· Any other work as assigned by the superior or management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
