Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) to manage high-value customers, drive banking product sales, and ensure exceptional client servicing. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of banking products, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset. This role involves relationship management, cross-selling, and maintaining long-term customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and high-value banking clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Cross-sell banking products including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, investments, and digital banking solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to KYC, compliance, and banking regulatory guidelines.
  • Resolve customer queries and service issues promptly.
  • Acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, service) for seamless customer onboarding.
  • Track portfolio performance and contribute to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales pipelines, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relationship management or sales experience in banking, BFSI, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle high-value and priority clients.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales/portfolio targets.
  • Good understanding of KYC norms, risk management, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with HNI / Priority Banking customers.
  • Certification in NISM / IRDA (if selling investments or insurance).
  • Experience in cross-selling wealth and investment products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
