Job Description

You will play a crucial role in growing sales by engaging directly with key customers in the network infrastructure, industrial IoT, and edge AI markets in the DACH region, France, and Italy. Your primary focus areas will include network infrastructure, out-of-band (OOB) solutions, embedded compute, and IIoT. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams are essential aspects of this role. - Drive revenue growth through direct engagement with strategic end-customers and OEM key accounts in network infrastructure, industrial IoT, and edge AI markets. - Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for strategic accounts to cultivate long-lasting partnerships, foster opportunity development, and achieve revenue targets. - Identify and close high-value opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and engage with multiple stakeholders effectively. - Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted customer acquisitions. - Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, offering market insights, recommending solutions, and providing strategic guidance. - Formulate and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with company objectives, with a specific focus on network infrastructure, industrial IoT, and edge AI markets. - Collaborate actively with internal teams to position innovative solutions that address customer challenges and industry trends. - Work closely with Field Application Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Support to ensure comprehensive customer solutions and support. - Provide detailed sales forecasts, account plans, and progress reports to regional and executive leadership. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales and key account management. - Background in network infrastructure, industrial IoT, or OEM-focused business models. - Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German. - Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business productivity software. - Understanding of OEM business models and value proposition design. - Knowledge of IoT and Edge AI technologies impacting enterprise and industrial ecosystems is advantageous.,
