Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer. Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions, create job postings, and manage candidate pipelines. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (IT industry preferred). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (other specialization). Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns for senior management roles.
