• rrals.Conduct initial screening, behavioural interviews, and shortlist candidates aligned with client
• needs.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring
• needs.Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring prior
• ities.Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate exper
• ience.Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ATS or CRM sy
